We are happy to bring to the spotlight Mirlene Guerre, a Kerecis executive business development manager located in Orlando, Florida.
Part of what makes Mirlene so great at her job that she is an engaging, highly motivated individual with a thorough knowledge of medical device sales. Well respected by her team, she thrives under pressure.
In her daily routine, Mirlene educates customers on the reimbursement of Kerecis products while also reporting sales and forecasts using the CRM and other Kerecis business planning tools. She follows market developments and captures new accounts while nurturing existing business. She utilizes a consultant selling approach to identify patients who can benefit from Kerecis products, while also helping them improve quality of life through healing with a natural fish graft.
Being a savvy salesperson, Mirlene knows how to communicate the competitive advantage of her product.
“The unique thing is, we are an Icelandic company. Very few people can talk about that and very few people can say that they have worked for a company that has taken so many approaches to be more environmentally friendly,” she explains. “Kerecis is a byproduct of the fishing industry and today it is the fastest growing company in Iceland and the fastest growing skin-substitute product in the United States.”
Mirlene, thank you for all you have done. We appreciate you!
