The Congress for Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery is designed to educate and create bonds between surgeons and doctors. This is meant to encourage interdisciplinary work in increasingly specialized fields which only serves to benefit patients and medical professionals.
This will be done in the congress through a series of workshops and lectures that relate to all manner of fields. Some examples of this are seminars about “Reconstructive microsurgery in the head/neck area and extremities” and “The treatment of lipedema”.
Kerecis will be attending the congress to showcase the benefits of our proprietary Fish Skin Grafts.
From the town of Ísafjörður in northwest Iceland, Kerecis develops, manufactures, and distributes patented fish-skin medical devices that support soft tissue regeneration in the body, with regulatory approvals in the United States, Europe, and beyond.
