The 3rd World Congress is a combined effort between The European Society for Clinical Hemorheology and Microcirculation, The International Society for Clinical Hemorheology, and The International Society of Biorheology to provide a truly world-class experience in the topics of hemorheology and bioheology.
The event aims to promote excellence within these disciplines, close gaps between science and clinical practice, and exchange research advances between the groups. In doing so, the combined effort hopes to develop and promote treatment strategies to reduce the incidence of clinical problems, namely hemorrhage, hemolysis, hemostasis, and thrombosis.
From the town of Ísafjörður in northwest Iceland, Kerecis develops, manufactures, and distributes patented fish-skin medical devices that support soft tissue regeneration in the body, with regulatory approvals in the United States, Europe, and beyond.
