Kerecis Omega3 MariGen Micro is a fish-skin graft for tissue regeneration and managing chronic wounds. MariGen Micro is a unique variation where the intact fish skin is fragmented into small units, allowing it to cover more surface area and fill uneven and irregular wound spaces. MariGen Micro offers excellent ease of use and application handling.

Intended Use
Kerecis Omega3 MariGen Micro is indicated for the management of wounds including: Partial and full thickness wounds, Pressure ulcers, Venous ulcers, Chronic vascular ulcers, Diabetic ulcers, Trauma wounds (abrasions, lacerations, second-degree burns, skin tears), Surgical wounds (donor site/grafts, post-Mohs surgery, post-laser surgery, podiatric, wound dehiscence), Draining wounds.

Contraindications 
Kerecis Omega3 MariGen Micro is derived from a fish source and should not be used in patients with a known allergy or other sensitivity to fish material. Fish allergy is very rare and should not be confused with shellfish allergy.
